Working principle and Structure
The basket type lifting sand mill is mainly composed of an electrical cabinet, a rotating shaft, a grinder, a pump blade, a dispersion plate and a grinding basket filled with a high-strength grinding medium. At work, the rotating shaft and its grinder, pump blade and dispersion disc rotate at high speed, and the grinder drives the grinding medium and the material to produce strong shear and collision, so as to achieve the grinding and dispersion of the material. At the same time, the ground material is sucked out of the grinding basket under the powerful suction generated by the pump blade, and then dispersed by the dispersion disc to ensure that the ideal grinding effect is achieved in a short time.

Do double planets have vacuum pumps?
The double planet experimental mixer (2L-30L) will be equipped with a vacuum pump, and the production mixer larger than 30L will not be equipped with a vacuum pump, because we default that the production workshop will have a vacuum source, if we need to bring a vacuum pump, please inform us in advance.
Can double planets heat/cool materials?
The barrel of the double-planet mixer is jacketed, and water or oil can be added to heat or cool the material.
