What is Agitating disperser?

Agitator disperser, also known as agitator, is a high-speed equipment for mixing, dissolving, dispersing and homogenizing liquid and solid. Medium speed stirring, high speed dissolution and uniform dispersion. Under the action of high speed, the material rotates the blade at high speed, rotates violently in the container and contacts with the discharge blade to break and disperse the aggregate rapidly, mix evenly and accelerate the dissolution.

Product Principle

Through the high-speed rotating dispersion disk, the material flows in a ring, generates a strong vortex, and spirals down to the bottom of the vortex. In this process, due to the strong shear collision and friction between particles, the materials are effectively dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified.
