Product Introduction
The AISM Grinding Mill is an efficient stirred grinding equipment designed for both fine and coarse grinding in the mineral industry. It consists of a grinding cylinder filled with media and a rotating agitator equipped with seven discs and a product separator.
Working Principle
The seven agitator discs form independent grinding chambers, enabling multi-stage grinding through media circulation. The high-speed rotation of the agitator generates impact, shear, and friction forces to pulverize materials. Under centrifugal force, minerals and grinding media are radially distributed by particle size, achieving "larger particles grind larger particles, and smaller particles grind smaller particles" for selective grinding.
