Matchingprinciple Of Grinding Medium
The diameter of the grinding medium is directly related to whether the ideal grinding fineness, the best grinding efficiency and the lower wear of the grinding system can be achieved. The optimum grinding medium size depends on the fineneas of the raw materials and the final required fineness. The matching relationship is The size of the grinding medium should be 20 times the fineness of the raw material D9 max;
The size of the grinding medium should be 1000 times the average fineness of the final grinding product:
If the original size of the powder and the final required fineness have a large span, it is recommended to use the process principle of first coarse grinding and then fine grinding;
For the slurry with higher viscosity, it is recommended that the grinding medium be equipped with a slightly larger zirconium ball;
