Working Principle
A motor drives the rotor at high speed, agitating the grinding media (such as zirconia beads) within a vertically oriented chamber. This generates intense collision, friction, and shear forces that disperse and grind solid particles in the fluid.
At the top of the chamber, a screenless centrifugal separation system operates based on precise force dynamics:
✅Media Centrifugal Force > Pump Pressure (retains grinding media)
✅Material Centrifugal Force < Pump Pressure (discharges fine material)
This process ensures continuous grinding and efficient separation of the final product.

Material Selection Guidelines for Bead Mills

For models above 200L
Avoid alloy steel due to its high density, which may compromise equipment stability.
Temperature-sensitive materials
Avoid polyurethane for the mill cylinder. Prefer silicon carbide (optimal thermal conductivity).
Metal contamination-sensitive materials
Use ceramic or polyurethane exclusively.
Highly corrosive materials
Polyurethane is unsuitable.
High whiteness requirements
Prioritize zirconia ceramic (superior whiteness retention).
Cost hierarchy
Hard alloy > Zirconia > Silicon carbide > Polyurethane > Alloy steel
