Working Principle

A motor drives the rotor at high speed, agitating the grinding media (such as zirconia beads) within a vertically oriented chamber. This generates intense collision, friction, and shear forces that disperse and grind solid particles in the fluid.

 

At the top of the chamber, a screenless centrifugal separation system operates based on precise force dynamics:

✅Media Centrifugal Force > Pump Pressure (retains grinding media)

✅Material Centrifugal Force < Pump Pressure (discharges fine material)

 

This process ensures continuous grinding and efficient separation of the final product.
