What is Paint dissolver?
Paint dissolver also known as agitator, is a high-speed equipment for mixing, dissolving, dispersing and homogenizing liquid and solid. Medium speed stirring, high speed dissolution and uniform dispersion. Under the action of high speed, the material rotates the blade at high speed, rotates violently in the container and contacts with the discharge blade to break and disperse the aggregate rapidly, mix evenly and accelerate the dissolution.
Product Features
1. Drive head
A steel shell with driving parts, including a set of balance pulley, V-belt, motor and motor tensioning device. The drive head is of hinged structure and can be opened for maintenance.
2. Spindle and dispersion disc
The properly processed and balanced SS 304 shaft is equipped with specially designed dispersion blades, which can be dispersed quickly and effectively. The diffuser blades are made of special steel and can withstand high wear.
3. Lifting
The whole drive head and shaft are installed on the pneumatic lifting system, which can be lifted to remove the height of the container.
4. Motor
The motor drives a set of pulleys and V-belts. Motor details are 380 V / 50 cycles / 3 phase RPM 1500
5. Inverter
The frequency converter installed in the panel controls the speed of the shaft of the disperser, with a range of 0-1500. The inverter provides monitoring torque, current, voltage, power factor and other settings, which is compatible with PC
6. Electric control panel (non explosion proof)
The control panel has the following functions. Start and stop of main motor, ammeter, voltmeter, emergency stop, inverter trip, indicator light, speed regulating switch and speed indicator light.
7. Electrical control panel (explosion-proof)
The remote control panel provides the following explosion-proof controls. Start and stop of main motor, ammeter, voltmeter, emergency stop, inverter trip, indicator light, speed regulating switch and speed indicator light. The inverter is installed in a separate panel and in a safe non explosion-proof area.
8. Water tank cover
The cover plate is connected with the shaft and lifted by the hydraulic system
9. Container (optional)
The hull is made of stainless steel plate, equipped with 4 casters, stainless steel bottom discharge ball valve and drag handle. The interior and exterior of all SS components are properly polished.
