Instruction of vertical planetary kneader:

      Kneading machine is widely used in chemical, food, building materials, plastics, rubber and other industries of powder, granular material mixing, kneading, plasticizing, granulation equipment. The kneading machine mixes, squeezes and kneads the material by one or more pairs of blades rotating opposite each other, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing and improving the plasticity of the material.

It is suitable for high viscosity elastic-palstic material, and materials that can't have high-speed shearing and impact are mixed, kneaded, vulcanized, crushed, dispersed, polymerized, etc. Such as silicone rubber, hot melt adhesive, carbon fiber composites, dental resin ceramic composites, militatary pharmaceuticals, etc.
