Vertical kneaders are vertical heavy duty kneading units with two helical blades. The blade is installed vertically and suspended on the transmission part at the top of the kettle body, and only the blade part is in contact with the material. When the equipment is running, one set of blades rotates around the other blade in a planetary motion, the two sets of blades are constantly kneaded and peeled off, and the material is forcibly sheared in the space inside the kettle. Kneading, folding and other functions are repeatedly cut, squeezed and stretched into thin sheets.
