The Three-Axis High-Shear Dispersing Mixer is an industrial-grade mixing solution that innovatively enhances the traditional dual-axis design. It combines a high-speed dispersing disc, anchor-type mixer (with scraper), and a third-axis high-shear rotor to form a 3D hybrid mixing system. With multi-directional shear forces and turbulent flow synergy, it achieves rapid powder-liquid blending, particle deagglomeration, and high-viscosity homogenization, ideal for linseed oil paints, adhesives, lithium battery slurries, and other precision-demanding applications.
