Why the temperature of the sand mill is too high when grinding materials?

What should I do if the temperature of the sand mill is too high during the grinding of materials? We have to analyze from the following aspects.

1. Is the cooling water supply of the sand mill sufficient? The cooling water of the sand mill has no pressure, and the flow rate is small, etc. It may be due to insufficient cooling water supply.

2. Is the cooling water temperature of the sand mill ≤10℃? The recommended cooling water for the sand mill is ≤10℃

3. Are there too many beads in the sand mill? Without affecting the efficiency of grinding materials, reduce beads appropriately.

4. Is the raw material too hard? If the raw material is too hard, the grinding beads will generate greater kinetic energy when opening the polygroup, and the temperature will rise accordingly.

5. Is the material flow of the sand mill too large? When the material flow rate of the sand mill is too large, the feed pressure will also increase, which will promote the dense pile of beads at the material end to form a high temperature. Affect material temperature. At this time, the material flow rate should be appropriately reduced.

6. Is the ambient temperature of the production site high? Usually, during summer production, the temperature of the material being ground by the sand mill is higher than that in winter.

7. Is there too little material? Different sand mill models have different production capacities and different batching quantities. If the grinding material is too small, the first grinding will have high temperature, and the second grinding will continue to increase the temperature. In this case, it is usually recommended to match the appropriate amount of material, and use two pull cylinders, one in and one out, which will be installed separately, which is conducive to the self-heating of the material after it exits the sand mill. Customers with good conditions can also use the material pulling cylinder with cooling water circulation.
