Attention in the operation of sand mill

The sand mill is currently the grinding equipment with the widest material adaptability, the most advanced, and the highest efficiency. The grinding chamber is the narrowest, the gap between the levers is the smallest, and the grinding energy is the most intensive. With the high-performance cooling system and automatic control system, it can realize continuous processing of materials.
Continuous discharge greatly improves production efficiency.
1. When the machine is running, the circulation of the lubricating fluid can be checked through the sight glass and the pipeline, and corresponding measures can be taken.
2. Check cooling water circulation.
3. The lubricating oil of the steel ball inorganic transmission should not be lower than the centerline position on the oil mark.
4. The whole machine should be cleaned and overhauled once a year or so.
Sand mill precautions:
①If the machine is parked for a long time, check whether the dispersing disc is stuck by the medium before starting the machine. If the coupling cannot rotate, use a pump to pump in solvent. Restart after dissolving. Do not start forcibly to avoid damage to the friction lining.
② After parking for a long time, check whether there is skinned paint on the top screen before starting the machine. If there is, clean it with a solvent to avoid the roof from being blocked by the screen.
③Once there is a "roof fall". Stop immediately to clean the screen, place the slurry basin, adjust the speed of the slurry pump, and restart. Otherwise, the slurry may invade the main shaft bearing and cause bearing wear, or damage the slurry feeding pump.
④ It is strictly forbidden to start when there is no paint and grinding medium in the cylinder.
⑤ When cleaning the cylinder with solvent, the disperser can only be rotated slightly and intermittently to avoid wear of the parts.
⑥ When using new sand, it should be sieved to remove impurities and foreign matter. The sand used in the sand mill should be cleaned and sieved regularly and new sand should be added.
⑦ The observation window should be kept intact to prevent injury accidents caused by sand collapse during the work of the sand mill.
