Li Ion Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer
The planetary mixer is also called a double planetary kneader because it can be used to process very viscous materials up to 1,500,000CPS. Usually the double planetary mixers have two vertically installed mixing tools, which are driven by a gear and move around the central axis of the tank and their own axis.
Working Principle
During the mixing process, two vertically installed mixing tools rotate around a common sun gear. In addition, according to the planetary principle, they rotate at a higher speed around their own axis. The swinging scraper continuously sweeps the inner wall, transports the material from the container wall to the mixing tool, and effectively transfers heat.
Li ion Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer can be well connect for automatic feeding system,and customize the hole size for feeding and discharge system. Main features as following:
● Reliable air proof tank can mix in Vacuum and decompression.
● Tank with jacket for heating and cooling demand ,it move up and down by hydraulic power.
● The shaft motion on orbital revolution and axial rotation at the same time,which made the material mixed very well.Both motion speed controlled by converter.
● The rotation system has scraper ,which can be scrape up the material on tank inner wall.
