The double arm silicone planetary mixer is a new type of mixing and dispersing equipment, which is suitable for all kinds of high viscosity and high content materials(1000-1000000cps). The double arm planetary mixer has two twist paddles/ multi-layer paddles/ other types of stirring paddles and two dispersing shafts in the stirring tank, one or two wall scrapers. The agitator of double arm planetary mixer rotates at high speed while revolving around the axis of the kettle body, so that the material in the kettle body is subjected to strong shearing, dispersion and kneading, making its efficiency several times that of ordinary mixers. Double arm silicone planetary mixer could equipped with various mixing paddles with different functions as below.
