1. Achieves more uniform dispersion.

The Double Planetary High-Viscosity Mixer features a fluid trajectory that covers the entire tank during the mixing process, enabling full-area sealed mixing. This ensures uniform, efficient mixing with no dead spots and excellent dispersion. It is suitable for ultra-high viscosity mixing in the range of 1000 to 100,000 MPa·s and is compatible with slurry solid contents of 30%-70% and 85%-100%.

 

2. Upgraded Stirring Blade Materials

To achieve mixing from low to higher viscosity, Yushun's High-Viscosity Mixer offers two material options: dual-phase stainless steel and SUS304. The mixer is designed with an effective torque of ≧3 Nm/cm² in the solid phase, which is ideal for the uniform dispersion of dry powders during the initial mixing stages. Additionally, the surface is coated with a tungsten carbide hardening layer, providing superior hardness and wear resistance, offering enhanced performance in terms of durability and abrasion resistance.

 

3. The gap between the stirring blades is smaller

Yushun's high-viscosity double planetary mixer is designed with a gap of 5-9 mm between the blades, 4-7 mm between the blades and the barrel wall, and 3-6 mm between the blades and the bottom of the barrel (adjustable). Compared to traditional mixers, the smaller gaps between the blades, as well as between the blades and the side walls and bottom of the tank, allow for more efficient mixing and blending of large amounts of solid (powder) materials and small amounts of liquid materials.

 

4. Better sealing

The mixing tank has a temperature control accuracy of ±2°C, and features dual seals for mixing and stirring, with a static vacuum leakage rate of ≤20% after 12 hours, ensuring better sealing performance. The tank's jacket is equipped with a circulating hot and cold water baffle, which helps to better control the material temperature, preventing changes in material properties due to excessive temperatures.

 

5. Better device matching

The high-viscosity mixer equipment's accessories are 95% self-manufactured, ensuring better overall compatibility. The main shaft concentricity is ±0.01mm, the machining accuracy is ≤0.01mm, and the tank flatness is ±0.02mm, resulting in high overall stability.
