Working principle
The core principle of the high-speed dispersing machine is to apply shear force, impact force and centrifugal force to the material through the high-speed rotating dispersing disc or blade. When the equipment is in operation:
The dispersion rotation drives the material to flow at high speed, subjecting it to strong mechanical shear.
Solid particles are impacted and rubbed in high-speed rotation, and are gradually crushed and refined.
The material circulates in the tank, forming a uniform mixing and dispersion.
Major component
(1) Motor
Provide driving force to drive the high speed operation of the dispersion disk.
The power is selected according to the process requirements, and generally covers small power laboratory models to industrial large equipment.
(2) Dispersion disc
The dispersion disc is the core component, and its shape is mostly sawtooth or disc shape, which can maximize the shear area.
The material is usually wear-resistant stainless steel.
(3) Mixing shaft
Connect the motor to the dispersion plate to transfer power while maintaining equipment stability.
(4) Lifting system
Used to adjust the position of the dispersion tray to suit different containers or material quantities.

After use

Do double planets have vacuum pumps?
The double planet experimental mixer (2L-30L) will be equipped with a vacuum pump, and the production mixer larger than 30L will not be equipped with a vacuum pump, because we default that the production workshop will have a vacuum source, if we need to bring a vacuum pump, please inform us in advance.
Can double planets heat/cool materials?
