Working principle: The main working part of the high and low speed dispersion machine is the impeller, which is driven by the high-speed rotating dispersion shaft. The high-speed rotation of the impeller makes the continuous phase in the mixing tank show a rolling circulation, and produce a large vortex, so as to realize the rapid dispersion of the material. In the initial phase of operation, low speed mixing is usually used to prevent dust, and then the rotational speed is gradually increased to increase the dispersion capacity.
Speed control: the circular speed of the end of the impeller needs to reach more than 20M/S to obtain satisfactory dispersion effect. However, the circular speed should not be too high to avoid liquid splashing and mixing with air, thus affecting the dispersion efficiency. -

Do double planets have vacuum pumps?
The double planet experimental mixer (2L-30L) will be equipped with a vacuum pump, and the production mixer larger than 30L will not be equipped with a vacuum pump, because we default that the production workshop will have a vacuum source, if we need to bring a vacuum pump, please inform us in advance.
Can double planets heat/cool materials?
The barrel of the double-planet mixer is jacketed, and water or oil can be added to heat or cool the material.
