    The material enters the grinding chamber

    The premixed material is transported to the grinding chamber through the feed pump and is in full contact with the grinding medium.
    The dispersion disc pushes the medium in motion

    The high-speed rotating dispersion disc drives the grinding medium (such as zirconium beads, glass beads) to flow at high speed in the chamber, resulting in strong shear, collision and friction effects on the material particles.
    Particle refinement and circulation flow

    The material circulates in the chamber, and the particles are gradually refined to the target particle size, achieving nanometer precision.
    Efficient separation and discharge of materials

    Through the dynamic or static screening device, the material is separated from the grinding medium, the refined material that meets the requirements is discharged, and the particles that do not meet the requirements are returned to the grinding chamber for processing.
