Development law of graphene industry
Aug 24, 2022
The development of the new material industry as a whole is likely to go through four stages.
1. Refers to the raw materials extracted or produced from minerals or other raw materials for the production of new materials, such as quartz sand is refined to form industrial silicon, industrial polysilicon is subjected to physical and chemical treatment, and high-purity polysilicon above 6N is obtained. High temperature melting to form monocrystalline silicon rods or polycrystalline silicon ingots, industrial silicon, and high-purity polycrystalline silicon.
2. Refers to the new material obtained by using the rough-processed raw materials for deep processing. For example, single crystal silicon rods and polycrystalline silicon ingots are processed to form single crystal silicon wafers and polycrystalline silicon wafers.
3. Refers to the processing of new materials into components that can be used in end products. Such as the production of monocrystalline silicon wafers and polycrystalline silicon wafers into components for solar cells and integrated circuits.
4. Refers to the integration and assembly of new material components and other product devices to form end products that can be used in production and life. Such as solar cells, computers, etc.
