Vertical Planetary Mixer For Battery Slurry Mixing
Double planetary mixer is a new type mixer which has widely use in the new energy filed and high viscosity material mixing. Considering the advantages of the traditional double planetary mixer and high-speed dispersing mixer, the laboratory mixer greatly improves the mixing efficiency and the consistency of the material. The line speed can reach to 25m/s, which greatly shortens the mixing time.
Laboratory Mixer has two twisted blades and two double-layer high-speed dispersion head. The two parallel mixing paddles rotate while revolving. There is also a scraper in the barrel that continuously rotates with the revolution, removing the material from the container wall to the paddles inside.

Laboratory Vacuum Mixer is with the special agitator mixer setting, which is suitable to the features of lithium batteries and capacitance slurry. We develop the enhanced planetary agitator mixer with high speed and greater torque. After once blades rotate, the blade passes through the whole tank. After three revolutions, most of the battery slurry are mixed. After appro 36 revolutions, the blades almost reach the entire battery slurry.
