Double Planetary Mixer

 

1. Mixing container: usually round or oval, used to load the material to be stirred.
2. Transmission device: mainly includes motor, reducer and drive shaft, which is used to transfer the power of the motor to the mixing device.
3. Mixing device: the core part of the double planetary mixer, mainly includes the following parts:

(1) Main agitator: Generally a large mixing paddle, installed in the center of the mixing container, responsible for the overall material mixing.

(2) Auxiliary agitator: generally one or more pairs of smaller mixing paddles, installed on both sides of the main agitator, responsible for the mixing of local materials.

(3) Planetary stirrer: installed on the main stirrer and auxiliary stirrer, the stirring trajectory is planetary motion, so that the material is fully mixed during the mixing process.
4. Positioning device: used to fix the mixing container and mixing device to ensure the stability of the mixing process.
Control system: used to control the mixer start, stop, speed and other operations.

 

 

The double planetary power mixer is equipped with low-speed stirring parts and high-speed dispersing parts. The low-speed stirring parts are driven by planetary gears. The stirring paddle also rotates when it revolves, so that the material moves up and down and around, so as to achieve the ideal mixing effect in a short time. .

The high-speed dispersing part revolves together with the planet carrier, and at the same time rotates at a high speed, the material is subjected to strong shearing and dispersing mixing, and its effect is several times that of ordinary mixers. The dispersing parts are divided into monodispersing shafts and double dispersing shafts, which can be selected by Jinchangtai according to customer needs.

The two double-frame agitators revolve and rotate at the same time in the barrel, which can realize vacuuming, heating, cooling, and can realize speed adjustment according to the situation. With multiple mixing barrels, one machine can operate with multiple barrels. Matching the pressing machine makes the discharge more efficient convenient
