1. In the design process, the agitator speed, mixing power, dispersion linear velocity, suspension level, liquid flow pattern and turbulence intensity distribution in the barrel are fully considered. Its high-speed dispersion maximum linear velocity can reach 25m/s.
2. The enhanced twist frame can handle any high-viscosity battery slurry (D-shaped paddle, mountain row paddle, folding leaf paddle can be configured according to the customer's choice)
3. Brand-new mixing method-the twist frame revolves clockwise, and its rotation is counterclockwise to ensure that there is no dead corner and no "climbing" phenomenon in the mixing.
4. In terms of sealing, three sets of mechanical seals plus soft and static seals ensure the degree of vacuum-theoretically, the sealing performance has been increased by 30%.
5. The F.Pt100 temperature measurement sensor directly contacts the material, the measurement is more accurate, the reaction speed is faster, and the error is only between ±0.5°C.
