High speed: max linear speed can be up to 23M/S, can form turbulence mixing everywhere inside of vessel quickly, shorten a lot of dispersion time (save time up to 30%-50%); granularity of battery paste is small and the uniformity of the paste is very good after mixing which can effectively avoid granule reunion. Low noise: A maximum of 80 dbA at 1 meter from the power pack on the mixer operating with product make low noise working space. High sealing: Three sets of mechanical seal together with soft & silence sealing, planetary transmission case adopts omniseal structure, all-around sealing idea makes the sealing function improved 30% than traditional one; the seal is designed to seal against full vacuum and up to 1.5barA, perfect vacuum performance ensure zero pollution during mixing. Small gap: The small gap(stirrer VS stirrer: 3-4 mm, stirrer VS vessel wall: 3-4 mm stirrer VS vessel bottom: 1-2 mm), all-around and stereometric type whirlpool mixing can ensure the mixing without blind angle; Base on traditional function, we reinforce the agitator with kneading effect.
