The design of the dual-power nano-centrifugal sand mill is in the form of a dynamic rotary centrifugal sedimentation and discharge system, which is in response to the demand for the crushing of micron and submicron particles to the nanometer level in recent years, and requires a stable narrow particle size. The distribution provides efficient production capacity; the principle is to separate the dynamic separator from the original grinding rotor, and realize the independent driving and control of the grinding rotor and the dynamic separator system through the independent drive device, so that the grinding fineness is finer and can support to use 0.05mm grinding media to run stably to ensure the stability of grinding.

The equipment adopts a dual-power design with separate driving for the main drive and the separator. The main drive is responsible for providing strong grinding power, while the separator is driven independently to achieve efficient separation of materials and grinding media. This design breaks the efficiency bottleneck of traditional equipment that integrates "grinding and separation". This design enables the materials in the grinding chamber to form a "circumferential vortex + radial impact" combined motion trajectory. Combined with 0.05mm micro grinding beads, the number of grinding contact points increases geometrically, which not only can quickly grind silicon particles to below 100nm, but also can completely disperse the agglomerates of silicon particles and carbon materials, achieving molecular-level uniform dispersion.
