Product Introduction:

1. The Polymer Material Vertical Kneader has two sets of kneading blades operate in a planetary manner in a closed tank at different speeds. The contact surface between the blade and the logistics is relatively large, and the gap between the blade and the inner wall of the tank is about 1-2 mm. When rotating, the blade sweeps over the inner wall of the whole tank, and the logistics is repeatedly stirred and kneaded, without dead angle;

2. After the logistics kneading is completed, the tank is separated from the cover by the lifting system, the tank is transferred, the operation is simple, and the discharge is convenient, and it can be used with multiple tanks;

3. The contact part between the machine and the logistics is only the inner wall of the tank and the kneading knife. This part is polished to the mirror surface through the finishing box. The kneading will not pollute the material and is easy to clean;

4. The seals and bearings of this Polymer Material Vertical Kneader are not in contact with materials, so there will be no vacuum leakage and bearing damage due to material corrosion.

The Polymer Material Vertical Kneader is composed of frame, motor, reducer, hydraulic system, transmission system, gearbox components, mixing components, control system, etc;

The kinetic energy is transferred to the gearbox through the motor reducer, and the internal part of the gearbox transmits enough torque to the transmission shaft through gear meshing, driving the vertical blades to shear and knead; Each mixing part in the gearbox rotates at different speeds, and the whole revolves around the centerline at low speed.

The distance between the kneading axes is greater than the outer diameter of the blade. Therefore, the kneading blades will not produce adverse effects. The kneading blade rotates in the opposite direction. According to the rotation direction, the material moves continuously from the side wall of the kneading basin to the center or the opposite direction of the kneading basin. The speed ratio of kneading blade is 5:3. The different rotational speeds of the kneading blade rotating in the opposite direction produce high pressure, thus achieving dense mixing.
