Principle: When the planetary box rotates, it drives the stirring shaft in the box to revolve around the axis of the barrel and rotate at the same time. There is a scraper wall on the planet carrier that rotates with the planet carrier and is continuously scraped close to the barrel wall. The barrel wall is passed through a large vertical lathe. After finishing, it is polished by a large automatic polishing machine to ensure that the movable wall scraper on the planet carrier completely scrapes off the material on the barrel wall when rotating, so that there is no retained material on the barrel wall and the mixing effect is improved. The equipment has a vacuuming function, which uses vacuuming to eliminate air bubbles in the material during the low-speed mixing process.
