1. The importance of the pulping process

2. Lithium battery pulping equipment

The low-speed mixing component consists of two curved frame mixing paddles, driven by planetary gears. The paddles rotate as they rotate, moving the material up and down, left and right, so as to achieve the ideal mixing effect in a short time. The high-speed dispersion part is generally a toothed dispersion disk, which rotates together with the planetary carrier and rotates at high speed at the same time, so that the material is strongly sheared and dispersed. Its effect is several times that of ordinary blenders.

The traditional double planetary mixer is still the mainstream of pulping equipment so far, and its advantage is that it is very adaptable, especially suitable for the production of lithium-ion batteries.
