In the actual production, lithium battery slurry preparation system mainly consists of material conveying, slurry preparation, slurry conveying and other processes.
1. Material Transferport Process
The material conveying process refers to the stable transfer of raw materials, solvents, adhesives and other substances used in the mixing of positive and negative electrodes to the mixing container, which is the preparation of slurry.

2. Slurry mixing system
After the dry premix is completed, the adhesive gel previously completed by the separate glue system is automatically put into the blender for the next stage.
Kneading stage: Kneading of materials is an important stage of slurry mixing. In this stage, materials are subjected to shearing and friction by mechanical forces, and there will be internal friction between particles. Under various forces, raw materials tend to be highly dispersed among particles. This stage has a crucial effect on the size and viscosity of the finished slurry.
Solvent adjustment stage: slowly add solvent to adjust slurry viscosity and solid content, this stage of dispersion and agglomeration coexist, and finally reach stability; At this stage, the dispersion of materials is mainly affected by mechanical force, friction resistance between powder and liquid, high-speed dispersion shear force, and the interaction force between slurry and container wall.
3. Slurry transport process
The equipment and devices of slurry conveying process design are conveying pump (screw pump, gear pump, diaphragm pump and other types), filtration device, dispersion device, storage tank and so on.
After filtering the slurry into the slurry storage tank, it needs to go through a homogenization process. Due to the completion of slurry mixing, through the pipeline transportation may have a certain particle agglomeration, slurry instability, is not conducive to the coating of slurry. After the homogenizer dispersion process, the slurry is placed in the transfer tank, and the electrode coating can be carried out.
