Vertical Kneader Shipped To Iraq

The Vertical Kneader is a vertical kneader with two dual-phase kneading blades. This design allows the kneading shaft to be supported on bearings and sealed from the product container. This facilitates the production of pure compounds.

These kneaders achieve kneading and dispersing based on the principle of intermeshing kneading blades, one rotating around the other in a planetary motion while both blades perform a peeling motion. In this way, the pressure and shear force are strongly increased and decreased, so that the kneading and dispersion of the product can be completed in a short time. The kneading blades are suspended from stable roller bearing supports positioned well above the contacting product.

The machine is driven by a gear reducer with an infinitely variable speed adjustable frequency converter.

Applicable materials for vertical vacuum kneader: various slurries with a viscosity below 3,000,000cps and a solid content below 90%; such as battery slurry, solder paste, ceramic slurry, silicone ink, sealant, structural adhesive, soft ointment , jam and more than a thousand kinds of materials.
