8. After a long time of parking, when restarting, the disperser is often "locked" due to the settlement of solid particles and grinding media in the material, especially when the viscous material is at a lower temperature, the "brake" phenomenon is particularly serious. At this time, when the inching motor cannot be started, use your hand to "turn the car" on the main shaft pulley to input a small amount of solvent that has the ability to dissolve the material, and then start the material after it is diluted and loosened. In short, do not start forcibly, so as not to damage the electrical appliances and the body.

9. The parking time is long, and the dried materials on the screen should be cleaned.

10. Cleaning the disperser can only be rotated slightly and intermittently, because the disperser and the grinding medium run quickly in the cleaning liquid and are easily worn and broken.

11. When using new grinding media, sieving should be carried out to remove foreign matter such as impurity fragments.

2). Failure

1. The feeding pump does not start or stops automatically during work: A: Whether the power is on; B: Whether the fuse is blown.

2. The host can not start or stop automatically during work: A: Whether the fuse is blown; B: Whether the feeding pump is feeding; C: Whether the V-belt is too loose; D: Whether the disperser is stuck.
